CICA is a non-profit world-wide association of banks and other entities interested and involved in rural financial processes. CICA’s goals are:

· to provide board members and top executives of associated institutions with updated knowledge for policy orientation;

· to encourage the exchange of ideas and experiences among them;

· to stimulate their sensitivity and responsiveness for the improvement of financial processes in agriculture and the rural sector;

· and, eventually, to bring about a positive impact also on public opinion, governments and specialized agencies.
