Summary of Statement of Work Objectives: Review current banking policies, regulations and procedures relevant to the issuance of agribusiness loans. Describe collateral, risk grades, evaluation processes, availability of credit lines & major constraints that limit issuance of loans to agriculture and to agribusiness. Explain bank perspectives. Specifically address IFAD loan programs. Develop actionable suggestions for expanding the issuance of medium and long term credit to agriculture/agribusiness.
